"Richard and Diana Garlick tendered for our building project in August 2004. We were recommended by friends who had used H and R Garlick to build their hill site home - it was competed 12 months later.

For most home builders the process can often be stressful however Sharryn and I really enjoyed the down to earth, easy working relationship we had with Richard, Diana, Glen (their Foreman) and the building team. The building was ably managed by Glen with good communication and Thursday afternoon shouts, the key ingredients for a successful relationship!!

Glen was fussy re quality and it was a reflection of his high standards and active supervision of the sub-contractors that gained a gold award for the team in the 2006 House of the Year.

Our home has been beautifully finished with no leaks despite some 120km southerly driving rain. The after sales service has only been required for one minor problem which was fixed the day after I requested it - unbelievable service in this day and age.

We have enjoyed an excellent working relationship and friendship with Richard, Diana and the Team.
